JFI Academy is for managers, team leaders, mentors, HR, and L&D practitioners and those who drive transformational change in their organisations, or entrepreneurs who directly work with clients. Even if you are not yet in one of these roles, but aspire to be, then JFI Academy is for you.
JFI Academy LearnZones
We allocate you to a LearnZone and then provide you with the key Topics that you’ll need to become future capability ready, and increase your employability options.
In your LearnZone you’ll either upskill or reskill your capabilities. These terms are used interchangeably, however, there are subtle differences. Upskilling means learning new, or enhancing current, skills to stay in a present job role, or become the ‘go-to’ expert in that field. Reskilling is also about learning new skills, but is more focused on you becoming more flexible and agile – which means that you are able to take on a wider range of diverse roles, or work in multi-functional teams, and better understand collaborative working across different skill sets.
Reskilling is vital as it demonstrates your potential to adapt to rapidly changing work situations, and improves your future employability across many different sectors.
For those with up to 5 years’ work experience.
In this LearnZone you'll discover the critical foundation skills you need especially as you are relatively new to the business world. You're ready to step up and show others that you have ideas too. You want to make a real difference to the way things are done in the new hybrid workspace. Times have changed so it's a great opportunity to start with something fresh and different.
In this LearnZone you can earn a Professional Development Certificate Level 1: Certified Future Capability Advocate™
For those with between 5 – 15 years’ work experience.
You're in this LearnZone to build upon your experience, and use reflection to recalibrate your management and leadership lens. You're ready to take charge of your own professional development, look at areas for continuous improvement and embrace digital transformation, business excellence and change; whether in your current organisation or breaking free and working as self-employed practitioner or entrepreneur.
In this LearnZone you can earn a Professional Development Certificate Level 2: Certified Future Capability Specialist™
For those with over 15 years’ work experience.
Chances are you're in this LearnZone because you want more! More work/life balance. More authority. More recognition. More opportunities to use the wisdom that you've gained next to the battle scars from the mistakes that you've made along the way.
