So who is JFI Academy founder Józefa Fawcett?

Even before the gig economy was a ‘thing’ in the world of work, Józefa had a myriad of professional careers. Starting out as a make-up artist (stage and fashion shows) she then went into management, training in sales, recruitment, call-centre distribution, customer complaints, regional UK training, HR & OD. 

Since going freelance in 2002 Józefa has become a multi award-winning global trainer, international speaker, learning project consultant, business school adjunct professor, voice-over & podcaster.

Specialising in upskilling and reskilling the workforce in future capabilities and business learning excellence, she’s taught, trained, facilitated, coached & mentored learners in 36 countries on 5 continents.
